Responds to inquiries and complaints regarding water service and general account information. Assists with the collection of bills and with the billing process.

High school diploma or GED equivalent, working knowledge of office procedures, methods and equipment, general bookkeeping practice, computer knowledge, and three years clerical experience. Maintains an awareness of worker safety guidelines and procedures and applies these in performing daily activities and tasks.
