Role

Supply Chain works with internal business partners to identify, negotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers. This role will support the Supply Chain organization in uploading contracts and contract data to our repository system.

Responsibilities

• Upload supplier contracts and associated metadata into the contract repository system
• Maintain and update contract records to reflect amendments, renewals, and terminations
• Ensure contract data aligns with internal standards and naming conventions
• Support reporting related to contract data upload
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to streamline contract data management
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to contract administration
