Vizient Intern Program Overview :

This program is designed to foster a beneficial relationship and provide growth opportunities for Vizient, our employees, and collegiate students. Since 2000, our summer intern program has provided college undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students with practical experience that exposes them to multiple aspects of a career field and the healthcare industry. This full-time, paid intern program offers an opportunity to accelerate academic learning, apply classroom knowledge, and introduce students to a professional setting. Interns are assigned a supervisor to mentor / develop their business skills, as well as monitor their work experiences. Interns are integral members of the company's team, setting goals, working toward deadlines, and actively participating in community service projects.

The program requires the intern to commit to 10 weeks of participation in all formal training, mentoring, on-the-job learning, and opportunities to interact with senior leaders.

• Program starts June 8, 2026, and ends August 14, 2026.
• 40 hours per week with a pay rate of $24 per hour.

The intern will delve into transformative projects at the forefront of digital innovation, working with Nexthink, a cutting-edge Digital Experience Monitoring platform. Guided by human-centered design principles and advanced qualitative and quantitative research, the intern will help identify and resolve sources of digital friction across Vizient. With the support of a seasoned Digital Experience Researcher, they will develop impactful insights and scalable solutions that enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and satisfaction. This role offers a chance to blend technology, strategy, and creativity to solve complex problems in the ever-evolving digital landscape. Collaborate with the Digital Experience Researcher to understand how Vizient employees utilize digital tools, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to creating a more seamless technology experience for everyone.
