Schedule : Saturday & Sunday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

TAG MedStaffing is hiring an Addiction Treatment Nurse (LPN) in Philadelphia, PA for our client. In this weekend role, you'll provide compassionate nursing care to individuals in addiction recovery within a secure correctional setting. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient assessments, and documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Ideal for LPNs seeking hands-on experience in correctional health and addiction treatment.

Responsibilities as the Addiction Treatment Nurse (LPN) :

• Medication Administration : Prepare and administer medications per medical orders, ensuring safe and accurate delivery.
• Patient Care : Perform nursing assessments, monitor withdrawal symptoms, and coordinate with providers on treatment needs.
• Documentation : Accurately record patient information, medication logs, and treatment notes in compliance with facility standards.
• Emergency Response : Deliver first aid and crisis intervention to ensure patient safety during urgent situations.
• Collaboration : Partner with physicians, counselors, and nursing staff to support integrated addiction and behavioral health care.
