Leasing Recertification Specialist

YARDI EXPERIENCE IS A MUST Non Profit located in the Bronx is seeking a Recertification Specialist.

High School Diploma required MUST have experience entering recertifications in Yardi JOB SUMMARY : Process all required annual income certifications as per HUD and LIHTC regulations at multiple properties.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Collects information pertinent to income certifications from the tenants and processes this information to generate annual recertifications.

Interacts both with tenants and property managers to ensure timely submission of information and completion of the recertifications.

QUALIFICATIONS :

A certificate in any or all of the programs a plus.

Some college preferred.

Must be able to work independently and multi-task.

Bi-lingual English and Spanish a plus.
