Job Title : Assembler

Location : Nashua, NH

Pay Rate : $18.00–$20.00 / hour

Shift : 1st Shift | 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Job Type : Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Do :

Assemble mechanical components using hand tools and small power tools

Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings

Perform quality checks through visual and manual inspection

Use measurement tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure precision

Follow routing sheets and adhere to established manufacturing processes

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Report any issues, defects, or inconsistencies to supervisors

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

What We’re Looking For :

1+ year of experience in mechanical or hardware assembly preferred

Ability to read technical drawings and written instructions

Strong attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination

Familiarity with torque drivers, hand tools, and small assembly equipment

Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for extended periods

Dependable, punctual, and a team-oriented mindset

Pay Details : $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
