Job description

Locum Family Medicine MD / DO needed in Klamath Falls, OR

IHS Facility - MUST have OR license.

Family Medicine / Primary Care

Credentialing : 3-4 weeks

Start : As soon as credentialed

LOA : 3-6 month contracts

Schedule : M-F 7 : 30A - 4P - No Flex, No 4 10hr days - Provider is given 30mins - 1hr for admin / chart work daily

Patient Volume : 10-15 ppd

Procedures :

Family Medicine - Must see all ages.

A LOT of Acute & Chronic Care patients.

Must be able to perform minor procedures : Joint Injections, Nexplanon Insertion, Biopsies, Minor Laceration Repairs.

EMR : Must have Nextgen Exp

License : OR LICENSE

Certifications : BC or truly BE, BLS, DEA
