Location : Stow, OH

Base pay range : $90,000.00 / yr - $100,000.00 / yr

We are hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, improve, and support all production processes related to the launch, manufacture, and testing of products within an assigned value stream or product line. This role provides technical guidance, mentorship to junior engineers, and prioritizes workloads based on production needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with design specifications.
• Program equipment, generate CNC code, and perform tool path simulations.
• Serve as the primary contact for design engineering and program management on manufacturing process issues.
• Create and maintain manufacturing methods, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and labor standards within ERP systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement (CI) and cost reduction initiatives.
• Design, construct, and validate tooling, fixtures, gauges, and equipment.
• Optimize workflow and cell layout with a focus on waste reduction and process efficiency.
• Analyze manufacturing variances and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a machining environment.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Quality teams to support supplier development activities.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior manufacturing engineers.
• Support and resolve customer complaints and concerns related to manufacturing.
• Contribute to Lean manufacturing and companywide continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete required training and follow all safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
