Travel Coordinator
As a Travel Coordinator, you will be partnering with our medical providers to secure required travel arrangements including airfare, hotel, and rental car accommodations. Our Travel Coordinators play a critical role in ensuring that our medical providers arrive at their work destination on time, which is vital to the hospitals and health systems we work with. This position is based on-site at our office in Windham, New Hampshire. In this role, you will :
- Collaborate and coordinate effectively with our providers to ensure that travel is booked for each assignment
- Develop thorough and detailed travel itineraries to send to our providers and their designated team members
- Manage and accommodate provider requests (airlines, hotel chains, upgrades, etc.) while maintaining adherence to budget and travel guidelines
- Collaborate internally with business partners across divisions to ensure provider travel needs are met
- Ensure that time sensitive travel requests are completed in an urgent manner
- Manage all travel requests and documentation through our CRM database
- Meet monthly KPI (key performance indicator) standards
