We partner with regional providers in telecom, connectivity, energy, and home services to deliver high-performing field and inside sales teams with practical coaching and a repeatable playbook.
Role Summary
Lead SMB B2B sales in Hollywood / South Florida. Convert routed warm demand , mix in focused outreach, and manage the full cycle from discovery to close—then ensure early adoption. You’ll collaborate with solutions specialists for multi-site / custom setups.

Your Role
Book quality meetings (routed + self-sourced) with owners / decision makers
Run discovery, craft proposals, negotiate, and close efficiently
Keep 3× pipeline coverage ; log activities and next steps the same day
Coordinate clean installs / activations; confirm early adoption KPIs
Share weekly insights to refine offers, narratives, and territory focus
What We’re Looking For
B2B sales track record (tech / telecom a plus); strong negotiation skills
Organized CRM usage; KPI discipline and reliable follow-through
Great communicator; adaptable and coachable
Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation; Authorized to work in the U.S.
Spanish a plus
