• 7am - 7am call hours with 10 days coverage monthly weeknights and weekends
• 22 - 24 patients daily in clinic with 2 - 3 call patients per day
• Average 2 newborn admissions daily ranges 0 - 5
• Approximately one ED phone consult per week no in-person ED coverage
• Neonatal resuscitation required
• Extra-digit ligation and optional circumcision procedures
• One callback every 3 - 4 days on average
• Weekend shifts from 7am Friday through 7am Monday
