Job Summary :

The Body Shop Helper / Apprentice at Baker Collision (Grandville) will assist the collision team in completing various tasks related to repairing damaged vehicles. This is a full-time hourly position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the industry. As a part of Baker Collision you will play an important role in supporting the team to meet customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Compensation & Benefits :

This is a full-time hourly position paid biweekly. Employees are also eligible for our comprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance paid time off and opportunities for automotive training and education.

Responsibilities :

• Pre and post repair clean up / detailing of customer vehicles
• Prepare vehicles for refinishing by sanding masking and priming
• Remove damaged parts and tear down for repair planning
• Clean and maintain work area and tools
• Perform pre and post repair scans when necessary
• Remove trash recycling materials from shop daily
• Help with general maintenance and upkeep of the body shop
