Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate

to join its dynamic and growing

Intellectual Property practice . This position provides the opportunity to work on complex

patent litigation matters

for a diverse and international client base.

Qualifications : 1 to 3 years (ONLY)

of experience in intellectual property litigation.

Background in

electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science

strongly.

Prior experience as a

federal judicial law clerk

highly valued.

Excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills.

Collaborative, client-focused, and motivated to succeed in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Details :

This is a hybrid position, generally requiring three days per week in-office.

The role offers hands-on litigation experience with leading clients across industries and the chance to contribute to high-profile patent disputes.
