THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking a passionate Program Coordinator to drive the heart of Nutrition Nest's programming and community engagement. This isn't traditional event planningyou'll be the architect of transformative wellness experiences, building strategic partnerships while executing comprehensive programming that spans clinical services, retail experiences, beauty treatments, and culinary education across our integrated wellness destination.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

PROGRAMS & WORKSHOPS

Supports with executing the wellness and nutritional programming that remains true to Nutrition Nest's philosophies and evidence-based approaches

Supports with the sourcing and curation of wellness experts, nutritionists, and subject matter experts that would contribute to the periodic or permanent programming, from clinical to experiential, wellness to beauty

Supports with the production of regular reports as requested by the Operations Manager

Facilitates daily tasks in the facility related to the membership and wellness pathway tracks

Assists with the organisation, facilitation, and presence of live events at Nutrition Nest and externally

Suggests enhancement of existing procedures, which support the improvement of membership and wellness pathway tracks

Maintains a high level of professional presentation, seeks feedback on areas of improvement, and complies with Nutrition Nest's professional standards

Complies with all Health & Safety regulations while performing daily duties at all times

Takes responsibility for reporting any hazard and follows up to ensure the execution of required actions

Assists with media and event licensing

Gathers and updates Member data systematically. Builds up the required database

Assists with curating a healthy member demographic balance for each program and event

Supports with organisation, facilitation and presence in live events at Nutrition Nest

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Wellness, or related field - non-negotiable

Minimum 3 years experience in program coordination, event planning, or wellness industry

Proven track record in relationship building and partnership development

Passionate wellness advocate who embodies healthy lifestyle principles

Strong interest in functional medicine and integrated wellness approaches

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in membership-based wellness businesses or integrated health centers

Background in corporate wellness program development and execution

Existing network of wellness professionals and industry contacts

Advanced certifications in wellness, nutrition, or fitness disciplines

Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms

Essential Skills :

Strong program development and project management capabilities

Excellent event planning and coordination expertise with attention to detail

Outstanding communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences

Knowledge of wellness industry trends and evidence-based practices

Ability to work collaboratively across clinical, retail, beauty, and culinary teams
