Represent private equity firms and their portfolio companies

Assist clients in complex transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and general corporate matters

Qualifications

2-7 years of private equity experience from a large law firm or SEC experience

Excellent analytical and writing skills

Compensation

Base pay range : $235,000.00 / yr - $420,000.00 / yr
