Job descriptionHigh School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Active LPN license in the state of Alabama (Required). Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a behavioral health or medical setting. Experience working with physicians, therapists, and clinical teams strongly preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other EHR / CRM software preferred. Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This full-time role supports the day-to-day operations of a specialized mental health treatment center providing Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs.
What you will do :
- Provide administrative and clinical support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with client admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring timely documentation.
- Manage client check-ins, intake paperwork, and medical record setup.
- Manage client relationship activities, payment collection, and reporting.
- Track and complete safety inspections and other compliance requirements.
- Provide administrative backup support and assist with special projects as needed.
