Reports To : Chief Operating Officer

Salary Range : $185,000 - $220,000

Position Snapshot : You will oversee all aspects of our 503A compounding pharmacy, from sterile and non-sterile compounding to dispensing and quality control. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing lean practices, mentoring a dedicated team, and upholding the highest standards of compliance with state and federal regulations, including USP

and DEA requirements.

What You'll Do :

• Lead Operations : Take charge of day-to-day pharmacy operations, optimizing workflow to ensure timely and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Ensure Compliance : Partner with our Quality Assurance team to maintain a robust compliance program and prepare for inspections.
• Mentor Your Team : Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Drive Efficiency : Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate : Work cross-functionally with senior leadership and various departments to achieve organizational goals.
