Talent Acquisition Assistant | $20.00 / hr. | Monday - Friday / 8 to 5 / Temporary 2-3 months

The Talent Acquisition Assistant provides administrative and practical support for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews to managing onboarding activities and maintaining records in the applicant tracking system (ATS

Responsibilities :

  • Managing offer process (creating offer folders for candidates, adding to New Hire checklist)
  • Sending screening call notes to managers
  • Scheduling interviews (coordinating with both managers and candidates)
  • Assisting with updating our ATS and pulling reports
  • Outsourcing candidates and uploading into ATS
  • Monitoring two job boards (separate from our ATS)
  • Handling social media job postings

    The base salary range for this position is $20 / hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
