Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract position in Lynn, MA. This role involves providing speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting, supporting their communication development and educational success.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the creation of individualized education programs (IEPs).

Qualifications :

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Experience working in pediatric settings, preferably within schools.

Knowledge of healthcare principles as they relate to speech therapy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.

Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse learning environments.

Location : Lynn, Massachusetts
