HALO is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager – Application Support with a proven track record in leading and managing teams that support internally developed applications. This individual will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of cloud systems , ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance.

This role is hands-on and includes management responsibilities , collaborating cross-functionally to assess needs, identify gaps, and enhance HALO’s technology infrastructure and products.

• Develop and execute an application support strategy aligned with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with infrastructure and security standards.
• Provide strategic direction for improving system functionality and user satisfaction.
• Participate in application implementation and enhancement projects.
• Stay current on technologies and best practices for reliability, scalability, and security.

Requirements :

Compensation : The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 to $140,000.00 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. At HALO, these include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and broader market and business considerations.
