Job descriptionExecute skilled carpentry tasks including measuring, cutting, and installing weather stripping, Styrofoam board, fiberglass insulation, spray foam, and window caulking. Safely operate hand tools, power tools (drills, miter saws), and elevated equipment (ladders, scaffolding, lifts). Assist with loading / unloading and staging materials. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Travel to various job sites following training. 1–2 years of construction / carpentry experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills. Safety-oriented with correct PPE usage. Detail-oriented, observant, and dexterous. Valid driver’s license required; OSHA 10 certification preferred. Comfortable with digital devices (tablet, computer, phone). About the Role
Join our team as a Carpenter in the Building Envelope Department. This roles begin with local, hands-on training in Buckeye, AZ then transition into travel-based positions . All candidates must be open to travel after the initial training. Prevailing wage projects are available.
