At Daily Care Solutions, we provide top-notch anesthesia care across various surgical specialties in a dynamic Level II trauma setting. Position Overview

As a CRNA with us, you will deliver anesthesia services for a wide range of surgical cases, including :

Trauma
Orthopedics
Vascular
Neurology
General Surgery

This role requires a commitment of at least 30 hours per week , with additional opportunities for weekend, night, and on-call shifts. You’ll be rotating between multiple sites in beautiful Florida!

Key Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia for various surgical specialties (excluding hearts, OB, and pediatrics).

Perform trauma and regional ultrasound-guided procedures.

Collaborate with a dedicated team of anesthesiologists and APPs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Work within a Level II trauma setting.

Rotate between multiple sites as needed.

Schedule & Shift Details

Shift Lengths : Choose from 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.

Call Requirements : Participate in weekend, night, or on-call shifts (day shifts only are not an option).

Weekend Coverage : One weekend day every other month is required.

Qualifications

Licensure : Must hold an active Florida CRNA license at the time of application.

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience (no new grads).

Certifications : Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association required).

Residency Restrictions : Candidates must reside outside of Florida and provide an out-of-state driver's license upon submission.

Previous Employment Restrictions : Candidates who have worked at any affiliated sites within the past 24 months or with Envision within the past 12 months are ineligible.

Additional Information

Emergency / temporary privileges available for quick onboarding (2-3 weeks for clean Florida-licensed candidates).

Comfortable covering multiple sites and a broad range of surgical cases.

No history of active contracts or recent employment at the facility within the past two years.

Compensation Details

Competitive hourly pay rates.

Additional compensation for overtime, call, and weekend shifts.
