About the Role
This is a unicorn opportunity for a design-driven Senior Art Director / Creative Director who thrives at the intersection of luxury, culture, and sports. The team is redefining the future of sports lifestyle through bold creative that blends fashion, music, sports, and hospitality. You'll be hands-on in shaping campaigns, brand partnerships, and visual storytelling across properties — from iconic sports events to collaborations with big luxury brands.
This role is equal parts high-level ideation and executional design . You'll lead with taste, direct a small team of designers, and roll up your sleeves to create stunning work across print, digital, motion, and spatial experiences.
What You'll Do
- Concept and execute campaigns across luxury brand partnerships, events, and digital platforms.
- Design and refine decks, branding assets, and editorial visuals with a fashion-forward aesthetic.
- Guide and elevate the work of junior designers, ensuring a high standard of taste and execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring activations to life — from merch to motion.
- Develop bespoke brand identities for events and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Ideate and pitch creative concepts for co-branded partnerships with global luxury brands.
- Shape the visual language across racing, gaming, and lifestyle platforms.
Who You Are
A design-first creative with 5–10 years of experience in sports, fashion, luxury, media, or lifestyle.A tastemaker with a strong portfolio of branding, campaigns, and digital design.Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable building decks that sell big ideas.Bonus : You have motion design chops (Cinema 4D, After Effects) or a background in moving image.You might come from an agency, a studio, or a media brand like MTV or Highsnobiety.You're culturally sharp, socially fluent, and know what's now — and what's next.You're comfortable directing others, but also love getting into the design yourself.Why This Role Rocks
