Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Hold a valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
• Vocational or Technical certification and 5 years' experience in one of the following trades : plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade.
• 1 year's experience using intermediate-level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Can lift up to 75 lbs.
• Can move up and down ladders frequently.
• Comfortable working at heights frequently.
