What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Maintain detailed logs and reports of observations and incidents during patrols.

Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and / or requests.

Assist residents, visitors, and staff with inquiries and general assistance while maintaining a visible presence on location.

Minimum Requirements :

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

You must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
