You will also coordinate and assist the provider to ensure safe quality/cost effective service and care for the people within the practice population. What You'll Do

Provides skilled occupational therapy services consistent with licensure as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.

• Helps individuals develop, regain, or maintain daily living and work skills

• Assesses a person’s physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities

• Designs personalized treatment plans to improve independence

• Teaches strategies for activities like dressing, eating, and grooming

• Recommends adaptive equipment and teaches clients how to use it

• Modifies home, school, or work environments for better accessibility

• Supports people recovering from injury, illness, or disability

• Works with children on motor skills, sensory processing, and school-related tasks

• Helps older adults stay safe and active in daily routines

• Collaborates with families, teachers, and healthcare teams to support the client’s goals

What We're Looking For

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from an accredited OT program, required.

• Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state OT license, required.

• Certifed Hand Therapist (CHT Certification), Highly Preferred
