Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 10-hour day shifts (schedule may vary)

Hours per Week : 40 guaranteed

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend

Float Requirement : Float to other units as needed within skillset

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2330 - $2500

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required for South Dakota healthcare jobs)

BLS certification (required)

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment

OR RN Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate patient care during surgical procedures in the Operating Room

Prepare the OR and assist with urology and other surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready

Monitor patient status and respond to changes throughout surgery

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Float to other clinical units as needed within your nursing skillset

Work every other weekend as scheduled
