Job Summary :

The Owensboro Health Event Medicine Advanced-EMT / EMT independently works off assessment skills to activate patient care protocols to deliver patient care within their full scope of practice as defined by the state of Kentucky and Owensboro Health's scope of practice. Based on this need to work independently, we are able to consider only AEMTs / EMTs with a minimum of 2 years emergency response experience.

Position Shift :

• Our events are typically on nights and weekends, but can vary.
• Events can last from three to 13 hours but the average event is five hours.
• Event Medicine employees are required to be available for a minimum of three events per quarter.
