HRBP & Compliance Lead
The HRBP & Compliance Lead will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Director of HR, playing a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and supporting Corporate Services. This position leads HR Compliance efforts and collaborates closely with the Manager of Associate & Labor Relations to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-driven professional with deep expertise in HR policy and a strong commitment to associate relations.

Strategic Business Partnership – Corporate Services
Serve as the HR Business Partner for Corporate Services, providing strategic guidance and managing associate relations for the group.Develop and implement engagement strategies tailored to the unique needs of Corporate Services, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.Associate & Labor Relations
Provide support and serve as a backup to the Manager of Associate & Labor Relations.Advise HR Business Partners on associate relations matters, helping to resolve issues effectively and consistently.Training & Development
Facilitate engaging and informative training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and subject matter experts to design and deliver impactful training programs.Compliance & Risk Management
Lead HR Compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to legal and organizational standards.Act as the subject matter expert for HR Compliance, including escalation approvals for background checks.Own and maintain HR policies, ensuring they are current, compliant, and clearly communicated.Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, internal policies, and collective bargaining agreements.Stay informed on legal and regulatory changes, advising leadership on implications and necessary adjustments.Performs other functions to maintain personal competence and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the department by :

Associate complies with the following organizational requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Law, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (PHR, SPHR, or similar) are preferred. 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with deep expertise in HR compliance and associate / labor relations, including leading investigations, advising on policy, and resolving complex workplace issues. Experience supporting Corporate Services functions is highly desirable.
Knowledge & Skills
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices, with the ability to apply them effectively across the organization.Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence at all organizational levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools; experience with HR technology and analytics platforms is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.Working Conditions
