Escrow Management Analyst

A company is looking for an Escrow Management Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities

Completes annual escrow analysis and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations

Processes escrow account waivers and additions, and assesses interest on escrow accounts

Collaborates with other departments to resolve inquiries and cross-functional issues

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in escrow management processes or relevant mortgage servicing departments

Knowledge of escrow administration processes and consumer protection laws

Highly organized and results-driven with the ability to adapt quickly

Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software

Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
