CORBAN’S MISSION : To educate Christians who will make a difference in the world for Jesus Christ.
SUMMARY : Primary responsibility is teaching undergraduate and graduate Bible courses, especially New Testament, hermeneutics, and occasional special topics classes. This full-time position includes teaching twenty-four credits per year. The successful candidate will be able to champion School of Ministry programs and teach the subject matter in a manner that fully embraces the university’s Statement of Faith. CHARACTER : Faculty candidates must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and evidence a mature Christian faith. Ministry candidates must meet the biblical qualifications for ministry. Candidates must agree by conviction with the University’s statement of faith and be able to sign the Chicago Statement on Inerrancy. Candidates need to be willing to invest themselves in the development of their students. Candidates should also evidence good relationship skills necessary to function effectively on the School of Ministry team. Corban University faculty are expected to be active scholars, excellent teachers, active in service to the university and the community, and able to model the integration of faith and learning.

Faculty Overview
Corban University is a Christian university whose purpose is to educate Christians who will make a difference in the world for Jesus Christ. The university is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. Corban provides a strong Bible-centered academic program with more than 50 majors and programs of study including professional, liberal arts, and ministries. Along with traditional and adult degree completion programs at the undergraduate level, Corban offers graduate teacher licensure programs and graduate degrees in education, business, counseling, and ministry.
