Vice President of Product & Strategy
As a member of Videojet Technologies' Senior Leadership Team, the Vice President of Product & Strategy will work closely with the President to define and deploy the business strategy, determine the product roadmap and align the brand marketing and content teams to ensure strong brand competitiveness, positioning and awareness, while developing best in class teams that drive innovation, engagement, belonging and inclusion.
Key responsibilities include :
- Strategy : Lead Videojet Technologies' annual strategic planning processes and specific strategy initiatives across the company.
- Global Product Management : Oversee the Global Product Management organization whose members own the full lifecycle of Videojet's product lines.
- Brand Marketing & Content : Own the global brand marketing and content strategy with focused execution on expanding and positioning Videojet's dominance in the Continuous Inkjet Printing (CIJ) space.
Additional responsibilities include :
Serve as a key member of the Videojet Senior Leadership team that sets the company's strategic direction.Collaborate with the global Research & Development teams and the Commercial teams to architect a global product strategy and product roadmap.Drive a continuous improvement mindset using our Veralto Enterprise System (VES).Critical skills required for success include :
Strategic & Analytical Skills : Strong strategic agility and decision-making skills.Leadership & Management : Experienced in global leadership, attracting top talent, and holding teams accountable.Execution & Delivery : Expertise in product delivery, project management, and business / financial due diligence.Communication & Influence : Ability to foster strategic communication with key organizational players and senior leadership.Qualifications :
Minimum of 10 years in a strategic consulting / new product development strategic role.Ability to demonstrate NPD innovation and growth in B2B CIJ, adjacent industry, heavy equipment and / or industrial focus.3+ years in a complex, strategic marketing role with responsibility for content and branding, utilizing advanced digital tools in an organization over $500M.3+ years' experience in a commercial / product transformation role, preferably moving from a hardware business to a SaaS model.Bachelor level university degree. MBA a plus.Prior sales experience is a plus.The compensation range for this role is $270,000 - $350,000 USD per year.
