Sr. Manager, Product Security (Remote - US)

This role provides the opportunity to lead a high-impact product security team focused on embedding security best practices into product development. You will oversee risk management, vulnerability assessment, and secure design processes, ensuring products are resilient and compliant with industry standards. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and security teams to drive secure product outcomes. You will shape security policies, mentor team members, and influence the organization’s overall security posture. Accountabilities :

• Lead threat modeling and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and evaluate their impact.
• Advocate for and implement secure design principles across product development.
• Manage vulnerability testing, including static / dynamic analysis and penetration testing, prioritizing remediation efforts.
• Ensure product compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements; maintain documentation and support audits.
• Develop and maintain product-specific incident response plans and collaborate with the Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Stay current with evolving security threats, technologies, and best practices, continuously improving processes.
• Mentor and guide team members to strengthen the security knowledge and capabilities within the product organization.
