Responsibilities include :

• Pricing Review and Updates
• Market Survey Review
• Month End Review
• Invoice Review
• Financial Review
• Weekly Manager Calls
• Monthly Owner Calls
• Capital Improvement Oversight and Management
• Budget Preparation
• Site Visits
• Resident Complaints
• Service Contract Management
• Perform Employee Evaluations on a quarterly and annual basis
• Lender Communications, including Escrow Management
