Job Description

Manager of Sterile Processing - Evening Shift - North Carolina

Education :

  • Required : Two-Year Surgical Technology Course or CRCST / CSPDT
  • Preferred : Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree

Certifications :

  • CSPDT or IAHCSMM (CRCST) certification required

    • Experience :

  • 3+ years in Sterile Processing
  • 2+ years in a leadership / supervisory role
  • Strong communication, technical, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of OR instrumentation, aseptic technique, and infection control

    • Department Details :

  • 7 Team Leads, ~80 FTEs
  • Uses SPM Workflow system
  • Supports : Endo, OR, CVOR, L&D, Inpatient & Outpatient Ambulatory Clinics
