RESPONSIBILITIES – Direct patient care, conducting health assessments / screenings, administer medication, collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, patient education, phone triage

EXPERIENCE –

Temp ONLY contract – 13 weeks . Potential to be extended and / or change to temp / perm based on practice needs and performance.
