Senior Oracle Utilities Consultant

Location : United States

Travel : 50%

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and deliver functional and technical Oracle Utilities solutions.

Implement and configure Oracle Utilities applications including CC&B, MDM, MWM, WAM, and MTM .

Serve as a trusted advisor to utility clients, guiding strategy, design, and implementation decisions.

Lead or contribute to workshops, requirement gathering, and business process analysis (As-Is / To-Be).

Create solution documentation, effort estimates, and fit / gap analyses.

Collaborate with Oracle and third-party teams for successful project execution.

Support business development initiatives including RFP responses, scope definition, and client presentations.

Participate in testing phases (smoke testing, SIT, UAT) and provide functional support.

Ensure project delivery aligns with quality, budget, and timeline goals.

Telecommuting is permitted when not onsite.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

7+ years of progressive, post-degree experience in Oracle Utilities consulting or a related role.

Strong experience in the utility industry (electric, gas, or water), either as a consultant or full-time employee.

Deep expertise in at least three of the following Oracle Utilities products : CC&B, MDM, MWM, WAM, MTM .

Proven consulting skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and expectations.

Strong understanding of the SDLC, configuration mapping, and functional design.

Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), including algorithms, scripts, zones, portals, and business objects.

Proficiency in SQL and Oracle data models.

Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
