The Role : As an integral part of our legal team, you will work through all phases of litigation for our clients. This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real impact on clients' lives. Here's what you can expect :

Key Responsibilities :

Represent clients in court appearances and hearings, guiding cases through all litigation phases.

Prepare, review, and sign pleadings while managing a high-volume workflow .

Resolve contested cases by negotiating with opposing parties and counsel to reach professional, amicable solutions.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with judges, lawmakers, clients, and opposing counsel.

Support continuous process improvements and contribute innovative solutions to streamline case management.

What We're Looking For :

Attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving are key traits we seek in a candidate.

Process-oriented mindset with an ability to adapt and improve workflows.

Computer literacy (basic data navigation, spreadsheet management, etc.) is a must.

Ability to perform legal research and draft responsive pleadings as needed.

Experience with collections is a plus, but we're happy to provide training.

Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a dedication to teamwork are essential.
