• Drivers in this position have achieved annualized earnings of $85,000
• $0.55 - $0.60 per mile
• Live stop pay : $42 per stop
• Drop / hook pay : $62
• Detention : $20 - $28 per hour (after one hour)
• Hazmat load : $40
• Driver load / unload : $45
• Driver assist : $25
• Yard checks : $20 per hour
• Refused delivery : $42
• Truck order not used : $35
• Crosstown, empty move or empty search : $25
• Rail delay, mechanical breakdown, mechanical tractor repositioning or waiting for power unit : $20 per hour
• Safety training or roundtable meetings : $20 - $40 per hour
• Overweight rework : $20 per hour
• Reefer load : $40
• Empty move per load : $25
• Empty search per hour : $20
• Trainee pay : $200 per day
