Business Process Expert External Purchasing & Requirements Planning
Part of the E2E Planning Excellence Team, you will play an active role in our E2E planning transformation journey. As Business Process Expert External Purchasing, you will be directly engaged in external purchasing process design, integration, and governance as well as improvement projects aiming to make our organization more agile, efficient, and customer-centric through a performant E2E Supply Network. You will support the External Purchasing BPO to deliver better orchestration of material and information flow working cross-functionally and benchmarking among industry peers and thought leaders to tailor the most appropriate supply process to achieve the company objectives :
- Maximize System Usage, specifically Site MRP
- Improve material availability and purchasing order process monitoring
- Improve E2E Supply planning response
- Right-size Manufacturing site Raw Material inventory to achieve production needs and service levels
You will be responsible to build a strong partnership with the ISC analytics teams and System architects to accelerate internal capabilities and provide visibility on analytics and insight that will support process implementation across BU's. Those processes will be leveraged for scaling, standardizing the approach to external purchasing planning, and utilizing best practice sharing from outside and inside BD. You will also be responsible for leading optimization initiatives in the external purchasing processes of Finished Goods (externally procured), fostering cross-functional collaboration, and standardizing methodologies across regional and global teams. The work will expose you to the regional and Global BD ISC as well as Business and Finance. Ultimately the role will help direct line managers to have the right focus on day-to-day operations by delivering buyer / planner efficiency as well delivering targeted service / profitability.

External Purchasing Planning Process Optimization
Analyze and refine site supply chain processes to enhance service and buyer efficiency.Document the as-is and to-be process.Drive CI in external purchasing processes and system methodologies (MRP).Run process improvement workshops.Identify and promote best practices while ensuring Global Alignment and StandardizationMaintain priority focus list per agreement with VP of the respective area.Coordinate SMEs (key users) community for processes in scopeAlign on requirements from the other excellence workstreams.Training : develop materials & trains employees in process introductionProcess Adoption

Supply Chain and Planning Knowledge
Procurement : Understanding of Supplier relationship management, contract management, spend analytics and supply risk management to ensure a balanced flow of material.Site purchasing : Understanding of ERP system transactions, risk management, inventory management, EDI, purchase order life cycle management, quality requirements, and regulatory.Kinaxis, SAP & JDE : Expert level system knowledge including reports, tables, data and transactions required for role.E2E Supply Chain management : Knowledge of supply chain processes from sourcing and production to logistics and distribution.Replenishment Strategies : Knowledge of replenishment techniques to manage purchased inventory flow in MRO, OEM & raw materials to manage excess, obsolete, overstock and material shortagesAnalytical and Problem-Solving Skills
