Reports To : Director of Product Development

Position Summary :

We're looking for a highly organized, creatively driven Product Development / Project Manager to support the development of trend-driven color cosmetics. In this hybrid role, youll manage timelines and client deliverables while collaborating with R&D, marketing, and operations to bring innovative products from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities :

Support new product development projects across lip, eye, face, and complexion categories.

Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

Participate in trend research, product concepting, and competitive analysis.

Maintain product development trackers, samples, and documentation throughout each stage.

Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables.

Collaborate with R&D and packaging to ensure feasibility of innovation concepts.

Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting timelines or product performance.

Qualifications :

25 years of experience in beauty or CPG product development or project management.

Passion for color cosmetics and awareness of global beauty trends.

Detail-oriented with strong organization and communication skills.

Ability to balance creativity with business and technical realities.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
