A company is looking for a Client Services Representative to provide front line support operations for clients and sales partners.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Log help desk interactions via a computerized ticketing system and maintain support documentation
Perform product training and demonstrations to end users while maintaining constructive relationships with merchants and resellers
Required Qualifications
A minimum of one (1) year customer service work experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and / or Google Workspace
High level understanding of basic computer components, operating systems, and peripherals
Flexible and eager to learn and work on diverse tasks as needed
