As a Senior Superintendent, you’ll serve as the on-site leader — managing field operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring all construction activities align with the project schedule, budget, and design intent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities for interior build-outs, renovations, and complex commercial projects
• Oversee field supervision, subcontractor coordination, and daily jobsite operations
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, schedule, and quality control standards
• Collaborate closely with project managers, owners, and architects to resolve field issues and maintain open communication
• Ensure all work complies with contract documents, building codes, and company standards
• Review drawings, RFIs, and submittals to proactively identify potential conflicts or design challenges
• Direct and mentor field staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork
• Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate project logistics, sequencing, and manpower planning
• Drive project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover activities
