What You'll Do :

As our AP / AR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable processes. You'll work closely with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process vendor invoices, credit memos, and payment runs
  • Manage incoming payments and apply to customer accounts
  • Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain aging reports
  • Communicate with vendors and customers regarding payment status
  • Prepare financial reports related to AP / AR functions
  • Assist with month-end closing activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Work Hours : Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM

Pay : $24 - $30 per hour depending on experience

    • Required Qualifications :

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in AP / AR
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with QuickBooks
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Experience working in the HVAC industry is a plus
