Job description

ACE Rent A Car & Avenica partner together in creating a unique and personalized experience for candidates interested in all open, direct hire positions across their organization.

Location : Dallas-Fort Worth Airport

Worksite Arrangement : On-site, full-time hours

Compensation : $15 / hr + incentives based on product sales. OTE for 1st year average $60,000 annually

Schedule : Shift assigned upon hire. Business operating hours are 5am - 1 : 30am; evenings and / or overnight shifts are expected

Overview :

In this role, you’ll be the first or final point of contact for customers, supporting them throughout the automotive rental process while delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Responsibilities :

  • Greet customers and guide them through the car rental process, including preparing agreements and offering optional products or services tailored to their needs
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate daily reservations based on vehicle availability and fleet planning
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service in all customer interactions
  • Provide maps, directions, and relevant information to ensure a smooth rental experience
  • Support corporate account deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely execution
  • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment required
  • Excellent communication skills—friendly, clear, and solutions-oriented
  • Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
