The ABA Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing research initiatives throughout the agency’s program services. The ABA Program Coordinator identifies research trends in the field of applied behavior analysis, designs and implements research studies at the agency, analyzes results and provides recommendations for best practices to the program. Under the guidance of the Senior Program Director, the ABA Program Coordinator collaborates with program leaders to identify gaps or opportunities in program services where research may help further the agency’s mission. The ABA Program Coordinator works collaboratively with the program teams to execute research studies. The ABA Program Coordinator also serves as a lead disseminator and presenter of research that is conducted in the agency as well as the conduit for research collaboration with other organizations. Given the diverse tasks associated with research, the ABA Program Coordinator must adhere to high standards, including ethical principles, research rigor, and effective communication.

Pay Range - $73,080.00 - $77,080.00 Annual Salary; Based on years of experience
