Associate Attorney

A busy personal injury law firm in Gilbert is looking for a 3+ year Plaintiff personal injury lawyer. The successful candidate must be able to take a case from intake to settlement.Job Duties :

• Draft pleadings
• Respond to written discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Handle ADR
• Settle pre-litigation cases
• Organize and maintain all client files
• Handle / assist intakes as needed
• Update clients
• Negotiate liens
• Assist in file management
• Draft demands
• Negotiate settlement
• Interact with clients, adjusters, medical providers and opposing counsel
• Ensure clients are informed and receive correspondenceExperience and Education Required :
• 3+ years of Plaintiff personal injury experience. Compensation commensurate with experience.
• Experience using case management software.
