Commercial Sales Specialist

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Commercial Sales Specialist include, but are not limited to :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for commercial HVAC products
- Identify and engage potential clients, including contractors, engineers, and facility managers
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with customers
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and purchasing) to ensure successful project execution
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Works with commercial team to help manage and support clients
- Ensure technical problems and parts availability issues are resolved effectively and promptly
- Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and equipment application skills
- Oversee communication with TSA's, clients and commercial sales team, ensuring clear and professional interactions
- Maintain sales CRM software

Required :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in commercial sales, or customer serviceAttention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with computers and different software programsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsPreferred :
