Job Description

Lead all phases of industrial construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all job sites.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.

Communicate project progress and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

• A background in construction management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing industrial construction projects.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risks effectively.
