Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities :

• Supports and directs various job families to support the production flow of the product.
• Facilities leadership with the acquisition, modification, maintenance, and disposal of owned and leased assets
• Applies process management and improvement techniques.
• Uses problem-solving skills and analytical abilities to develop innovative and expedient solutions for equipment reliability.
• Facilitates work teams, provides training and interfaces with internal organizations and external customers with regard to project planning, problem resolution, and process improvement on building systems and production equipment.
